class
On October 2005 ILEX is implementing a hands on Cooking class
to let the traines understand the relationship between food,
landcape and local culture. The class we will involve six
american university professors.
A Vespa ride
to explorer italian landscapes
Three american young man are exploring the "un-known"
italy by Vespa, the popular italian motor-bike and along their
trip they have share a day with Ilex staff, wandering in the
Abruzzo Mountain. The final result of the Vespa ride will
be documentary to be delivered in the States. Check their
